Arctica Protocol Sketch

Arctica is a renaming of our Yeti Protocol, since it is a much more evolved private key management scheme.  The below sketch is of a modified Yeti 2.0 Design, with air gapped laptops and QR codes, and the immediate spend account removed to keep the protocol focused on the high security delayed account only.

Rewrite of Protocol Walkthrough - much clearer now! Fixed possible number of Adversary controlled keys before funds are stolen or balance is discovered, made definitions consistent, fleshed out page 2/clarified difference b/w key generation and spending process, removed some implementation important only details, clarified the BPS pre-signed txs process, CD/SD irregularities, grammar and formatting
