The updated protocol is far more advanced. Not only does it secure your bitcoin from theft, but the protocol also makes it far more difficult to lose your coins (redundancy), and protects you from traditional privacy threats of backups. All other current private key management schemes fail at least one of these. Yeti has been renamed to Arctica.

Yeti is a secure, offline, airgapped, HD multisig wallet built on top of Bitcoin Core with minimal software dependencies. This is achieved through a minimal Python script and UI layer run on top of Bitcoin Core. Our protocol is a sovereign custody scheme that balance security and usability.
