Qubes Statement of Work

Initially discussions were happening informally on the Github thread (https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/4318) and the Matrix chat (https://matrix.to/#/#qubes-port:matrix.org).  However, due to the magnitude of the project, and the fact that we were considering changing the terms of our agreement due to fluctuations in the price of bitcoin, we thought it was best to make an updated agreement more concrete.  Below is this Statement of Work, cryptographically signed by me (Robert Spigler), and then by Timothy Pearson (Raptor Engineering, and the developer on this project).  There is an additional SoW and Pledge of Payment signed by Rudd-O, who is an additional funder of the project

Currently, this is the updated plan for the project:

We have adopted the following milestones:

1. Phase 1:     0.65 bitcoin

Build tooling, minimal boot to serial console of a Xen kernel on a single core (no SMP, missing drivers, core locked at 100% power).      

         2.  Phase 1.5:   0.65 bitcoin

This is a proposed phase, and the pricing is subject to change.

SMP, some driver integration (possible power state management?) required to get a usable system in preparation for Phase 2 

Payment for Phase 1 has been sent by me and confirmed received by Timothy.  Confirm here.

Rudd-O has sent his complete pledge (0.5 bitcoin) towards Phase 1.5
